Craft & Crew Hospitality is now hiring for PM Cooks for Duke's on 7 in Minnetonka! Weekend availability required!

We also offer a full-service experience for our furry friends on the PAWTIOTM with a menu for Dogs!
Experience and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have At least 6 months to 1-year of experience working in a similar position with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service. Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service.
Responsibilities/Job Functions:
- Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards
- Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, saute food items in the kitchen
- Uses knife skills to chop, slice cut a variety of food items
- May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, Dish
- May assist in putting away food delivery items into appropriate storage areas (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage)
- Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
- Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
- Serve Safe certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Experiencia y calificaciones:
Buscamos candidatos que tengan al menos 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia trabajando en un puesto similar con una concentración en el servicio de alimentos y bebidas de alto volumen. Debe tener una personalidad amistosa, una sólida ética de trabajo, capacidad para trabajar bien con los demás, excelentes habilidades de comunicación, pasión por la hospitalidad, dedicación al servicio al cliente y la voluntad de hacer un esfuerzo adicional para superar nuestros estándares de satisfacción de los huéspedes y comida, cócteles y Servicio.
Disponibilidad y programación:
Se prefiere la disponibilidad abierta y flexible, listo para comenzar a entrenar lo antes posible. Buscando todos los candidatos con una combinación de Noches / Fines de semana.
Responsabilidades / Funciones laborales:
Prepara alimentos de acuerdo con las especificaciones de recetas y los estándares del restaurante.
Utiliza equipo de cocina para freír, asar, saltear alimentos en la cocina.
Utiliza habilidades de cuchillo para picar, cortar en rodajas una variedad de alimentos
Puede ayudar en otras áreas de la cocina cuando sea necesario, como preparación, limpieza,
Puede ayudar a guardar los artículos de entrega de alimentos en áreas de almacenamiento apropiadas (congelador, refrigerador, almacenamiento en seco)
Realiza tareas de reabastecimiento, limpieza y apertura / cierre.
Completa otras tareas asignadas por el líder / gerente
Servir la certificación Safe como un plus
Bilingüe inglés / español es una ventaja
