OnSite Specialist - New York City, NY

Stryker seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist for field-based work in New York City to support surgical teams by managing surgical equipment, maintaining sterile workflows, and ensuring operating room readiness. The role involves equipment troubleshooting, procedure support, and collaboration with clinical staff across rotating schedules.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for procedure readiness
- Support operating room teams during procedures by providing timely equipment adjustments and anticipating device needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using independent judgment to minimize downtime
- Perform in-line function testing and wrap/containerize sets for sterilization per protocol
- Maintain accurate documentation including procedure details, equipment usage, and performance metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in customer service, clinical support, or operating room environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and anatomy (preferred)
- HSPA/CRCST certification required within 6 months
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Compensation: $25.90–$35.04 USD hourly
