About the Registered Nurse Role:

As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Registered Nurse will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, Registered Nurse will maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress, participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to coordinate resident care and services

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care

• Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on various aspects of resident care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Increased Shift Differential Pay available! Join our team and enjoy a competitive wage range of $35 - $40 HOURLY .
