Therapist - Physical Therapist

$2203.20/week -

Job Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a temporary Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The role involves delivering patient-centered care through evaluations and treatments, helping patients recover from orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Perform patient evaluations lasting approximately one hour.
  
  
• 
  Conduct daily treatments of around 45 minutes to facilitate recovery.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to enhance patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in EPIC (experience preferred).
  
  
• 
  Adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress and clinician recommendations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Require at least 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  
  
• 
  Have experience with outpatient therapy and patient documentation.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
  
  
• 
  Preferably have experience working with EPIC electronic health records.
