Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
At least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Territory includes Spokane County and possible lower Stevens County
EMR: HCHB
