Description

• Maverick Airstar, a division of Maverick Aviation Group, is accepting resumes at its South Rim location for the 2026 tour season.
• Maverick pilots safely fly and personally narrate tours over The Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. Our pilots provide an interactive experience for our guests in a fun and fast paced environment.
• We offer a 7 on 7 off schedule with housing available during the 7 day shift.
• We offer a competitive pay package to include flight pay, as well as medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life and 401K.

We work in a remote location. Please look closely at what a commute would entail for you or into relocating closer before applying.

Job Requirements:

Must meet all minimum Part 135 requirements to include:

• Commercial pilots certificate
• Current 1st or 2nd class medical
• 1000 hours of PIC time in helicopters
• 100 hours of Cross Country time to include at least 25 hours of night Cross Country
• We do not require previous experience in turbine helicopters.
• Max flight weight of 200 lbs. preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a team player, adapt to the company’s needs and get along in a group setting.
• Must be currently living in and eligible to work in the U.S.
