Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls for the dealership group in a professional and courteous manner
· Greet customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
· Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify staff of arrivals
· Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support daily operations
· Communicate effectively with callers and in-person visitors
· Prepare and type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
· Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments
· Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Strong communication and listening skills
· Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
· Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
· Professional appearance with a willingness to learn and grow
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
