Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Review and process all sales agreement documents Support the sales team in the field Help organize spreadsheets, checklists, internal notes, reports and systems Assist marketing with email campaigns, website updates, promotions and sales materials Assist with planning and coordinating community and corporate events Track marketing signage and order, as needed Collaborate with teammates in a unified, entrepreneurial way to achieve overall success Qualifications Self-starter who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of assignments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines Homebuilding experience a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
