Licensed Practical Nurse
SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate care within correctional facilities. In this on-site role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, respond to sick calls and emergencies, and support chronic disease management for incarcerated patients. You’ll document care in EMR systems, follow strict security and infection control protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
