Automation Personnel Services is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Selling Branch Manager to lead our South dallas branch serving the in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who combines strong outside sales skills with operational leadership and team development.

Compensation
$70-75K plus competitive commission structure

What You’ll Do

As the Selling Branch Manager, you’ll serve as both a sales leader and an operational leader for the branch. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and lead your recruiting team to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch and individual revenue goals
• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits
• Build long-term partnerships with clients while expanding existing accounts
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate staffing solutions with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline reporting
• Ensure company policies, standards, and core values are consistently upheld
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to support healthy client accounts and timely collections

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven leader who can balance sales, operations, and team management in a fast-moving environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required
• Outside sales and business development experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and territory development
• Confident presenting to business owners, hiring managers, and executives
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Staffing industry experience
• Experience in industrial or B2B outside sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule

• This position is designated as an in-person role. Regular, reliable on-site attendance during scheduled business hours is an essential function of the position. Remote work or telecommuting is not available for this role.
• Office-based with frequent travel to client sites 
• Daily local travel required
