What we’re seeking:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Experience implementing ABA strategies within schools or similar youth-focused settings
• Familiarity with developing and following individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Strong understanding of healthcare protocols, medication administration, and documentation relevant to school-aged children
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to remain adaptable, patient, and positive in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions and medical care during school hours
• Implement ABA techniques, collect data on student behaviors, and assist with progress monitoring
• Administer medications and handle minor health issues in alignment with nursing best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive care and support for each student
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and healthcare guidelines
• Promote safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environments
