This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL. Candidates must be located within 60 miles of either office location.

Summary
Reseller, rep and vendor facing. Responsible for supporting current & incremental sales growth for associated deal driven products (refurbished, excess, closeouts) through direct customer contact and through D&H sales teams; to serve as a liaison between D&H Sales, Customers and vendor for achievement of division sales goals at D&H. Provide direction as a sales lead to complete team administrative & sales strategy initiatives critical to the execution of division growth.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Serve as a designated resource that leverages D&H sales organization, expertise, and breadth of resources to facilitate sales growth and additional mindshare among D&H sales reps and customers
Have a thorough understanding of D&H systems (CCA, CRM, Web, SharePoint) and D&H departments and functions; Can identify and solve problems independently
Have a thorough understanding of vendor's key competitive products and technologies; effectively communicate this information downstream to customers & sales reps.
Create and execute proactive sales growth plans to help drive division initiatives; coordinate growth plans with Sales Specialist to ensure initiatives are well executed.
Conduct outbound calls weekly with targeted resellers to identify opportunities and grow share and drive business.
Manage lead development for specific targets or assigned leads, follow-up and closure; Provide support necessary to develop leads and follow them to closure
Data-mining for the purpose of broadening product depth and developing new net resellers
Identify market and product gaps and communicate findings to sales manager
Present current & incoming product opportunities to targeted online resellers. Initiate product setups directly with the reseller or with internal teams (via SharePoint) as needed. Review completed reseller product listing(s) (where applicable) for accuracy, completeness, and price competitiveness. Suggest any improvements or changes to retailer. Track inventory sales progress and report findings to sales manager.
Provide regular pricing updates to targeted resellers. Coordinate individual retail site pricing updates as needed.
Attend vendor specific trainings with D&H and vendor personnel and online, as needed or required
Remain customer-facing and sales rep-facing for all questions, from suggesting skus, to compatibility, to technical and program questions
Work with sales manager to create and launch reseller promotions geared to increase sales and broaden the reseller base
Administer weekly inventory reviews to identify SMI (Slow Moving Inventory). Proactively suggest corrective action plans to sales manager to help reduce or eliminate the inventory.
Push and promote current opportunities to resellers
Grow the profitable sales and market share for the Deal Spot division within D&H
Engage inside sales reps via floor walks, emails, phone calls, promos and direct contact to grow sales and educate them on Refurbished/Excess/Closeout solutions/value, and to follow up on opportunities
Perform weekly duties to support inbound & outbound inventory movements between D&H and our refurbishment partner and collaborate with internal teams as needed
Act as team lead to delegate and oversee administrative responsibilities, such as product setup creation and refurbishment BOMs.
Engage field sales reps via phone calls and emails to grow sales and educate them on the vendor solutions and to follow up on opportunities including customer visits when directed
Build relationships with designated vendor sales reps and engage on opportunities as needed
Message & drive attendance to vendor live events or reseller webinars and attend events as needed
Prospect vendor leads to find product "deal" opportunities for customers. Assist sales manager in negotiating and closing vendor deals.
Sell to customers and place customer orders in computer system

Education and/or Experience
Education
o High school diploma or equivalent certification, required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
o 5+ years relevant experience.
o Prior experience with IT products, consumer electronics and/or houseware products is preferable.
o Previous experience with refurbished and/or closeout products is highly desired, but not required.
