Hours per Week (Max 20): 20 hours a week

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide professional client service to students, parents, customers, vendors and colleagues in all interactions. Assist office staff as needed. Greeting customers, answering phones, copy, fax, filing etc.

Qualification and Requirements:

Business Major preferred. Must have a working knowledge of excel and word. Applicants must have the ability to perform general office tasks as assigned. Organizational skills are a plus. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Required dress attire is Business Casual. **Confidentiality is a requirement**
