Job Description
- Create Custom Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their personal goals
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life activities
- Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Guide Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapeutic practices to facilitate ongoing improvement at home
- Monitor Patient Progress: Document clinical developments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
- Ongoing education or additional certifications will be supported and encouraged
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

- Excellent communication skills characterized by empathy and clarity when interacting with patients and colleagues alike
