What You’ll Do Recruiting, screening, and training community volunteers to become mentors Partnering with referral sources to identify youth who will benefit from the program Supporting families through advocacy, casework, and engaging activities Maintaining accurate records, including program data and client information Providing ongoing guidance, training, and support to mentors Representing the program at community events (local travel required) Compensation & Schedule Pay: $21.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 21 hours per week Flexibility: Some evenings and weekends required for events What You Bring High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred) Experience working with diverse populations Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance Access to a reliable vehicle Why Join Us?
