• Division: Pricing & Analytics
• Department: Pricing & Due Diligence
• Reports To: Manager Project Estimating
• Location: Juno Beach Office (JB)

How you’ll make an impact

• Produce conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates tailored to project phase.
• Draft conceptual engineering and early construction plans to quantify scope accurately.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and construction to interpret specs and drawings.
• Develop pricing models; enhance toolsets, databases, and estimating methodologies.
• Lead value engineering to find cost efficiencies that protect requirements.
• Perform risk analyses and set contingencies for uncertainties.
• Brief senior management, stakeholders, and clients on estimate outcomes and options.
• Secure competitive supplier and contractor pricing to maximize value.
• Track costs and variances and rebaseline as scope, design, or markets change.
• Operate in compliance with company policy, industry standards, and regulations.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong grasp of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $41.00 - 60.00 .
