Head Trainer for Group Training Facility

Seeking an organized, enthusiastic and personable coach to teach small group classes (8-15 clients), create and oversee programming, meet with new clients and new client on-boarding and orientation sessions.

This is a full-time lite position. It's roughly 20 hours per week.

10-12 hours per week of training, approximately 10 hours per week of programming, content, community outreach and client engagement.

We are looking for someone who can lead a room, coach with confidence, and create an experience our clients look forward to at 6am.

The Schedule (subject to change slightly as role increases) -

• Wednesday 5:15am to 10:15am and 4pm to 7pm
• Thursday 5pm to 7:30pm
• Friday 5:15am to 10:15am
• Opportunity to grow responsibilities over time
• 1 team meeting per month
• 1-2 individual meetings with Callie (owner) per month

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training sessions and client interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Execute internal promotions to enhance client engagement.

Weekly Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Execute marketing, challenges and social media content.
• Maintain client accountability through regular check-ins and outreach.

Monthly Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management to ensure all supplies are stocked.
• Collaborate on client programming and monthly challenges and marketing plans.
• Build meaningful connections with the greater community to promote awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Manage and follow up on leads to ensure a steady flow of new members.
• Execute internal promotions to enhance client engagement.

Early mornings and some evenings are required. You'll be doing your programming and outreach work a couple of hours per day around that training shift.
