A health services network in Georgia is looking to add a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their team in Atlanta, providing comprehensive care for an older adult patient population. This role focuses on delivering high-quality outpatient primary care in a collaborative clinical setting with a predictable weekday schedule.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on patients age 55 and older
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of internal medicine, family medicine, and geriatrics cases
- Maintain a patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients per day
- Coordinate care with the site medical director and broader care team
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
- Active medical license in Georgia
- At least 1 year of recent clinical practice experience
