As our resident population continues to expand, so do the opportunities for career advancement, leadership development, and professional growth.We OfferCompetitive pay of $20+ hour depending on experience$250 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of successful employment while in good standingFull-time benefits including:Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceHSA with an employer contribution401k with a 4% company matchPaid time off and paid vacationCareer advancement opportunities as our community continues to growBeautiful, modern, state-of-the-art communitySupportive leadership and an outstanding team cultureRewarding work where you make a lasting impact in the lives of seniors every dayAvailable PositionsWe are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers and CNAs for our Memory Care neighborhood.Available ShiftsDay Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMEvening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMOvernight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMFlexible scheduling based on availability and staffing needs.What You'll DoAs a Caregiver or CNA, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.Responsibilities include:Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining assistance.Provide compassionate, person-centered care for seniors living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions.Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.Observe and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition.Follow individualized care plans while maintaining resident dignity and independence.Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.QualificationsCNA Certification preferred (not required for all Caregiver positions)Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Resident Assistant, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Direct Support Professional (DSP) is preferredExperience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Home Health is highly valuedCompassionate, dependable, and resident-focusedExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to provide physical assistance with lifting, transferring, standing, walking, pushing wheelchairs, and other resident care tasks throughout the shiftIf you're a compassionate Caregiver or CNA who wants to make a difference while growing your career in senior living, we'd love to welcome you to the Bridgewater Community family.Apply today and help us create an exceptional home for our growing Memory Care residents!Applicants must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including a background check, as a condition of employment
