Position Status: Part Time


Responsibilities -
• Distribute and review all employment applications to insure completeness of documents. Assess applicant's skills, work values and stability
• Communicate company needs to applicants.
• Responsible for scheduling and the processing of new hires.
• Responsible for the completeness of all new hire paperwork to include tax forms, I-9's, state directory of new hire, gaming application, ABC forms, etc.
• Provide clerical support to the recruitment and employment process.
• Assist in filing and organization of paperwork.
• Maintain new hire packets.
• Submit background checks and follow up.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to applicants and Team Members.
• Administrate pre-employment drug screens.
• Conducts orientation, care class, and other training classes as needed.
• Works in all areas of the Human Resources Department including recruitment, training, team member relations and benefits.
• Participates in Team Member Review Board and events.
• Other duties as directed or needed.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Computer skills required include Word, Excel
• Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
• Must be able to handle difficult/emotional employees and applicants well.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Three months clerical experience preferred.
• Previous Human Resources experience helpful.
