What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the customer experience from the first conversation through the final agreement.

• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face field sales .

• Meet with homeowners in their communities and introduce L3 Roofing Solutions' services.

• Build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Ask questions to understand homeowners' needs and project goals.

• Present roofing solutions and clearly explain their value and benefits.

• Address questions and objections professionally.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to closing.

• Negotiate and secure agreements with qualified customers.

• Manage your daily schedule and sales activities within your assigned territory.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Follow up with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation.

• Mobile device with cellular data.

• Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

• Comfortable walking and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Earning Potential

This is a performance-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.

Successful representatives can earn approximately $45,000–$150,000 annually , depending on individual sales performance.
