Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment.
• Outpatient setting.
• 30 minute follow-up visits.
• 60 minute evaluations.
• Expected patient volume of 13 to 15 visits per day.
• 34 guaranteed hours.
