Real Estate Associate

A well-established legal organization is seeking an experienced associate to support a sophisticated real estate practice. The role involves a broad range of transactional matters, including property acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing work for a variety of commercial clients. Job Responsibilities Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Manage due diligence, including title and survey review. Prepare and review leases, subleases, licenses, easements. Prepare loan documents, joint venture agreements, LLC operating agreements, and limited partnership agreements. Assist with transactions involving potential eminent domain issues. Qualifications Strong academic credentials from a top law school. Active bar admission. Prior law firm experience. Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and managing due diligence.
