IT Systems Analyst II/III (Change Management) - Change Manager

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination. Responsibilities Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and prepares documentation necessary for change. Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Reviews released engineering change data and change documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Receives calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution. Processes, reviews, categorizes, documents and works with stakeholders to ensure high-visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner. Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree, or 2-4 years of related experience. Required: IAT II – CySA+, Security+, CCNA – Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher. Required: ITIL v4 Foundation. Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve. Required: TS/SCI clearance. Day Shift.
