What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage an existing legal practice and client portfolio

• Provide strategic legal counsel to business and individual clients

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups and offices

• Handle sophisticated legal matters within your practice area

• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives

• Mentor junior attorneys where appropriate and support team development

• Participate in a collaborative, client-focused legal environment

What You Bring

• Experience as a practicing attorney

• Portable book of business

• Strong client relationship and business development skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness

• Motivated, growth-oriented mindset with long-term career focus

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan
