Lead and assist with installation of custom signage (yard signs to billboards) Load, transport, and install signage safely and efficiently Review work orders, measurements, and site requirements Operate bucket trucks, cranes, augers, and power tools Ensure job site safety and compliance with company standards Communicate with team members and customers professionally Complete job documentation and reports Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Work at heights up to 40 feet + Hands-on, physically active role Travel within Georgia and surrounding states (limited overnight) Requirements (Must-Have) Clean driving record (required) Drug-free workplace (required) High school diploma or GED Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience using power tools Ability to back a trailer Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred (Nice to Have) Sign installation experience Electrical experience Welding experience Leadership or crew lead experience Skills Required at Hire Tape measure reading Power tool operation Trailer backing Wood or aluminum construction experience About The Sign Store The Sign Store designs, fabricates, and installs high-quality custom signage across Georgia and neighboring states.
