Human Resources Manager - Warren Truck Assembly Plant

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers. Responsibilities Collaborating with Site leadership to drive culture and organizational development initiatives across multiple Sites. Partnering with Site managers to ensure operational excellence within the Site, supporting the vision and goals of the organization. Coaching and supporting Site leadership on all HR processes and activities. Leading the HR team in all HR processes and activities. Delivering and supporting the execution of WHS programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives at the site level in close partnership with plant leadership. Coaching and developing the HR team, supporting their continued career growth. Developing relationships with the organizations and key figures. Ensuring compliance with various local and federal regulations, as well as company and Site policies, practices and agreements. Key experiences and know-how Working with multiple stakeholders with diverse objectives, to ensure the most effective business solutions are derived. Carrying out succession planning activities and workforce talent gap closure activities. Supporting and driving employee development and engagement initiatives within an organization. Interpreting and applying a collective bargaining agreement. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders of an organization. Execution of lean manufacturing processes around employee development and training, driving continuous improvement, to increase efficiency and productivity. Analyzing and using complex data to make decisions. Participation in collective bargaining processes. Internalize the needs of customers, as well as every employee within the Site, and devotion to creating an environment that inspires those around them. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in manufacturing, training, or human resources. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading others in a manufacturing environment. Able to coach and develop teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Business or related field. Advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Law.
