Water Truck Driver Class A

Job Summary Jobsite water/plant watering: Watering jobsites and facilities as deemed necessary by supervisor. Duties & Responsibilities Haul water from water source to worksite as often as required. Communicate with foreman onsite or supervisor to ensure water needed areas as deemed necessary. Fill water tank on the jobsite or at facility. Daily inspection of water truck, valves, pumps and hoses. Wash slurry off the water truck to maintain DOT compliance. Assist slurry truck washout as needed. Check equipment daily. Wear P.P.E. as required. Qualifications / Job Skills Class A drivers license with tanker endorsement and good driving record. Knowledge of DOT regulations. Knowledge of job specific safety practices. Working Conditions Exposure to heat, cold, rain and dust on a regular basis. Noisy environment. Requirements Successful completion of pre-employment substance abuse screening. Class A drivers license with tanker endorsement and good driving record.
