Regional Operations Specialist

Direct the overall management and control of an assigned Community’s activities and programs, residents, employees, and financial assets Represent the property in dealings with outside and governmental agencies Participate in government property surveys and develop and execute plans of correction when required Promote the property positively and communicate organizational values to residents, visitors, team members, and the broader community Coach and direct Community Directors on financial management, service quality, and team member relations Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals while complying with procedures and regulations Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance Professionally represent the Company and create a supportive, enjoyable experience for residents and team members Requirements Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required Two years of college required Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly Senior Living experience required Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred Travel throughout Colorado required Up to 95%+ travel required Flexibility and availability for assignments that may be extended or frequently change Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in community management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance within the senior living sector. Proven ability to lead teams, enhance service quality, and achieve occupancy goals while fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
