We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Are you a kind-hearted, dependable person who enjoys making a meaningful impact during calm, quiet moments? We’re looking for an Evening Care Specialist to support a vibrant, independent individual in her private home each evening. This role is all about helping her wind down with comfort, dignity, and care during a peaceful 2-hour shift. You’ll be part of a small, supportive care team, working alongside an alternate caregiver to ensure smooth, consistent care every night. Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Daily, 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pre-scheduled with alternate caregiver) What You’ll Do: • Assist with evening personal care needs • Complete a digital bowel program with attention to detail • Support a relaxing bedtime routine: changing clothes, applying creams, switching from leg bag to overnight catheter • Help set up a non-invasive ventilator • Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying up to keep the space cozy • Provide shower support about 3 times per week About the Individual You’ll Support: • Independent and values her autonomy • Passionate advocate for disability and LGBTQ rights • Loves humor, connection, and a positive vibe with her care team • Appreciates caregivers who are attentive, present, and compassionate The Perfect Fit: • Experienced with personal care and evening routines • Warm, confident, and upbeat personality • Excellent communication skills with a great sense of humor • Comfortable around cats (furry friends included!) • CNA certification is a bonus, but not required • Must have prior personal care experience Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable vehicle • Current auto insurance Ready to bring warmth, respect, and a little joy to someone’s evening routine?
