The QMS requirements include O&M/Halyard Corporate QMS, MDSAP, and all other appropriate regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the Lexington site.**Requirements:*** A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in engineering **or** a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the field.* The incumbent must have demonstrated leadership capabilities in a team environment.* The incumbent must also have broad technical knowledge and significant experience in operations, maintenance and/or engineering, and a working knowledge of multifunctional issues.* Occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 40 pounds. May at times need to be able to lift 20-25 pounds above shoulder level.* Work in environments where temperatures approach 100 degF to 115 degF. Work outside in winter temperatures as necessary.* Must be able to wear all required PPE’s including eye protection, foot protection (steel toe shoes), hearing protection and respiratory protection.* Work in tight and/or confined areas in awkward positions.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
