Public Assistance Case Manager: Eligibility & Advocacy

Franklin County Department of Human Resources

The Franklin County Department of Human Resources is seeking a Case Manager to determine client eligibility for public assistance programs and services. You will conduct interviews, provide ongoing case management, and ensure proper documentation in compliance with guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree in social work or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience.
