Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057 Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire Pay: $20-23/hr Schedule: Flexible start times

7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

About Us We are a global leader in manufacturing paper baking molds for the food industry. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base.

Position Overview This role is the primary point of contact for customers and supports order processing, account management, and day-to-day service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately
• Provide product and order information to customers
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Support sales team with customer onboarding and account coordination
• Perform data entry and ensure customer information is up to date

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or client support experience for large-scale customers in manufacturing or distribution
• ERP/order management exposure
• Coordination with production/logistics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
