We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Rich Beginnings Child Care Center in Rochester, NY as our Childcare Assistant Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in early childhood education and leadership experience to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

As a Childcare Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Center Director in the day-to-day operations of the center. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing curriculum implementation, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development, and a passion for providing high-quality childcare services. Prior experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting is preferred.
