We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Unit Details Number of ORs: 8 Staffing: Approximately 25 staff members including RNs, CSTs, and anesthesia providers. Patient Ratios: 1:1 Hours of Operation: 7 AM - 5:30 PM EMR System: Meditech Typical Procedures Performed Orthopedic ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) Urology Spine General Surgery Gynecology (GYN) Endoscopy Plastic Surgery Cardiac Surgery Qualifications Must Have: Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Preferred or Nice to Have: Ability to function in multiple service lines. Experience with Meditech. Background in transplant and spine procedures. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills with both providers and staff. A commitment to exceptional patient care is a priority. Unit Policies and Responsiveness Response time for on-call is required within 30 minutes. Call schedule may vary between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd call, including weekdays and weekends over an 8-week period.
