Position Summary: Performs clerical, reception, and administrative duties in physician practices under the direction of the practice manager, physicians and RN. Responsible for check in and registration, triaging phone calls and electronic messages, insurance verification, and all check out duties for patients. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.
