Compensation: $30-$38 DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

Dubin Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Accelerated Case Unit. You will manage a caseload of lower-value personal injury cases, provide consistent client support, and work closely with an assigned attorney to move cases efficiently toward resolution.

This role also provides hands-on involvement in case negotiations and settlements , including communicating with insurance representatives, tracking offers and counteroffers, and completing negotiation follow-up.

What You'll Do

• Manage a personal caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from case opening through settlement and closure
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide frequent, clear updates throughout the life of their case
• Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, medical providers, subrogation companies, and other outside parties
• Maintain accurate and current case information in Filevine
• Ensure cases move through appropriate phases and required tasks are completed within departmental timelines
• Review DOMO reports and case metrics regularly to identify cases requiring attention and ensure performance expectations are met
• Complete required KPIs, case fields, tasks, and documentation accurately and on time
• Delegate appropriate tasks to assigned Legal Assistants and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with the Medical Records team to obtain necessary records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Meet regularly with the assigned attorney to review case status, strategy, obstacles, and next steps
• Assist the attorney with case negotiations and settlement-related activities
• Gather and organize information needed to support settlement negotiations
• Communicate with insurance representatives and other involved parties regarding negotiation-related matters under attorney direction
• Track settlement offers, counteroffers, deadlines, and required follow-up
• Prepare and coordinate settlement-related documentation
• Keep clients informed regarding negotiation progress and settlement developments
• Identify opportunities to move cases toward resolution efficiently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and excellent client service
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in personal injury case management, claims handling, or a closely related legal role
• Experience managing a caseload and moving cases efficiently through the pre-litigation process
• Experience communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, clients, and other parties involved in personal injury claims
• Experience supporting or participating in settlement negotiations
• Strong understanding of personal injury case progression, documentation, and settlement processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate case documentation
• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently
• Ability to identify obstacles and take appropriate action to keep cases moving
• Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, Legal Assistants, and other departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple case management and reporting systems
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a personal injury law firm
• Experience handling pre-litigation motor vehicle accident cases
• Experience with Filevine
• Experience with DOMO or other reporting/dashboard platforms
• Experience working with case-management KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience assisting attorneys with settlement negotiations, including tracking offers and counteroffers
• Experience delegating work to or coordinating with Legal Assistants
• Familiarity with medical records, medical billing, liens, subrogation, and insurance claims
