About the Role
The Company is seeking a Financial Consultant to join their branch team. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, providing holistic financial guidance to clients in the areas of investing, retirement readiness, and education goals. This role requires a thoughtful and empathetic approach, combining planning expertise with the ability to guide clients through their financial decisions. The Financial Consultant will be responsible for business development, proactively engaging with existing and prospective clients, and maintaining a strong sales activity to grow their book of business. Relationship building is key, and the role involves deepening client connections and creating meaningful impacts in the lives of the people and communities served. Applicants for the Financial Consultant position at the company should have a valid and active FINRA Series 7 license, with the expectation of obtaining or acquiring a FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during their tenure. A CFP® Certification is a plus, and the company encourages professional development in this area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, a desire to provide an outstanding investor experience, and the ability to manage wealth on behalf of clients, including various financial planning and investment management strategies. Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to build trust, and a proactive approach to client communication are essential. The role also requires the ability to adapt to changing market and business conditions and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
