Logistics Coordinator Location: Lancaster, TX Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour Schedule B Shift : Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday; 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM D Shift : Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday; 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Wanted: Warehouse Manager Who Delivers Not all warehouse jobs let you lead like a pro. Requirements: Previous logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping/receiving, warehouse clerical, or administrative experience required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data entry Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse/guard shack environment with varying temperatures Job Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound drivers entering the facility Check drivers in and out and verify bills of lading (BOLs), shipping paperwork, and delivery documents Assign dock doors and communicate loading and unloading instructions Monitor inbound and outbound shipment schedules and transportation activity Maintain accurate trailer movement and shipping records Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams regarding dock availability and shipment status Process appointments and update transportation and warehouse management systems Answer phones, emails, and radio communications Ensure drivers and visitors follow all facility safety procedures Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks Monitor yard activity and communicate trailer locations as needed Benefits: Weekly pay that shows up on time, every time Good medical, dental, and vision coverage Career moves that don't stall out after six months Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
