This is a performance-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment and advancement.Responsibilities:Assemble medical tubing using pre-cut partsGlue, crimp, and attach fittingsInspect finished products for qualityMeet production goalsKeep work area clean and organizedFollow safety proceduresAssist with picking, packing, and shipping as neededQualifications:Strong attention to detailAble to perform repetitive tasksComfortable sitting or standing throughout the dayReliable attendance and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and on a teamPhysical Requirements:Frequent hand use for assembly workSit or stand for extended periodsOccasionally lift light boxesWork Environment:Clean, organized, climate-controlled warehouseHeight-adjustable workstationsTeam-oriented environmentFree coffee and break roomCross-training opportunitiesDress Code: Business casual.
