Massage Envy Customer Service & Member Sales Associate - Full and Part-time positions available

Would you like to be part of supportive and smooth-running team whose job it is to dramatically improve the overall health and physical appearance of its clients? We accomplish these objectives by providing top quality therapeutic massage and skin care services at extremely affordable prices. We are located in South Portland across from the Maine Mall next to Panera Bread.

What Do the Customer Service & Member Sales Associates Do?

· Greet Members and New Guests

· Perform an initial welcome intake with new guests

· Explain the benefits or our Wellness Program to New Guests after their massage or skin care session

· Process Appointment Check-in and Check- Outs

· Appointment Bookings

· Rescheduling Appointments

· Light Cleaning

· Stock Office Supplies

Customer Service Member Sales Associates Enjoy

· A Compensation plan the starts with a $14.00 per hour base pay with an opportunity to increase up to $15.00 per hour your first few months based upon your performance. An additional monthly bonus program is paid for membership sales. Our best sales agents make up approximately $300 extra per month in bonuses.
