Toddlers are busy building language, independence, friendships, and confidence every day. We're looking for qualified educators who can channel that energy and curiosity into meaningful learning experiences in a warm, structured classroom. What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Toddler classroom Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Plan developmentally appropriate hands‑on learning experiences Encourage language, movement, independence, and social‑emotional development Support meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom guidance Observe children's development and support individual milestones Communicate regularly with families Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required Previous toddler, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred Strong understanding of toddler development Patient, dependable, energetic, and nurturing Strong communication and teamwork skills Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements What We Offer $22–$23 per hour Full-time Monday–Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and collaborative teaching team Opportunities for continued professional growth Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
