About the Role:

NJE Concrete Pumping LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Ready Mix Driver to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities:

Safely operate a ready mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites throughout the Fort Myers area

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure truck is in safe operating condition

Coordinate with dispatch and job site supervisors to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries

Monitor concrete mix consistency and slump during transport and at point of delivery

Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and DOT-required documentation

Maintain cleanliness of the drum, chutes, and truck exterior after each delivery

Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures on and off the road

Requirements:

Valid Class B or Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required

Previous experience operating a ready mix or concrete mixer truck preferred

Clean driving record with a satisfactory MVR

Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions in Florida

Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight delivery schedules

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle inspections

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service on job sites

Must be available to work Saturdays
