Support Analyst

OverviewThe Support Analyst will provide technical/analytical expertise for project coordination and network related problem resolution, and for assisting users in assessing computing needs while maintaining positive relationships through the system.ResponsibilitiesProvide microcomputer/network expertise to users of ARH Information Systems.Assist manager of department in preparing work plans/recommendations and assist with project tasks.Troubleshoot hardware and software throughout the system.Assess users needs for hardware and software as requested.Develop and maintain user documentation when required.Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field so they can recommend new services, products and equipment. Continue professional development by attending education programs designed for specialty areas.Analyze the feasibility of purchasing/developing microcomputer based applications (non-clinical/non-financial) to meet specific needs.
