Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you'll help elderly individuals and those with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

You'll provide support with:

Personal care and bathing
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Running errands
Assistance with daily activities
Companionship and general support

What You'll Bring

A mature, dependable, and caring attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong communication skills
Dependable transportation
Valid driver's license and liability insurance
Ability to pass required OSBI screening
CNA/CHHA certification is a plus, but not required
No previous experience required - we will train the right person!
