Accounts Receivable (Property Management)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an amazing corporation in Chandler, AZ that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team! The accounts receivable specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to internal and external customers regarding accounting needs. This position will also perform monthly audits to insure program compliance. This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday position. $58,000-$68,000 salary range depending on prior experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, annual bonus, PTO + holidays, 1 day remote after training period, and more! Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Posting incoming payments
- Applying payments to customer accounts
- Researching outstanding AR balances
- Reviewing customer ledgers
- Reconciling payment discrepancies
- Correcting payment applications
- Communicating about missing or incorrect payments
- Verifying customer account balances
- Communicating closely with internal and external teams
Requirements: 3+ years minimum recent accounts receivable experience, property management/residential real estate industry experience, Yardi software, HS diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred but not required. If you meet the minimum requirements apply now!
