Are you a family medicine physician seeking a slower pace with a rewarding career? Join our hospital-employed practice in Montana, where you can enjoy a 4.5-day workweek, low patient volume, and a welcoming small-town lifestyle. With modern facilities and a supportive team, this position offers a chance to focus on providing exceptional care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

Join an established team of 2 family medicine physicians and a PA.
Serve a 10-county region with a catchment area of 20,000 people.
Work in a modern, 25-bed critical access hospital with guaranteed cost reimbursement.
Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek with only 14-16 patients per day.
Full-service radiology suite with advanced imaging capabilities, including CT, MRI, 3D mammography, and nuclear medicine.
Comprehensive practice covering clinic, ED, inpatient behavioral health, urgent, and long-term care.
Competitive perpetual salary, sign-on bonus, paid CME, and up to $150K in student loan repayment.
6-month paid housing option and 35 days of PTO annually.
