About the Position

Pacific Horizons Group is looking for a motivated and personable Communications Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This is an immediate-start, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and supporting day-to-day communication initiatives within a collaborative business environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day internal and client-facing communication activities.
• Help prepare informational materials and written communications.
• Provide timely updates to team members regarding ongoing activities.
• Help ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately.
• Assist with preparing presentations, handouts, and other business materials.
• Participate in team meetings and professional training sessions.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
• Support other communication and administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
