What You’ll Do: Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs Encourage and support resident participation Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters Escort residents to and from programs as needed Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships Document participation per regulatory guidelines Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma/GED Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead small group activities Valid driver’s license (as applicable) Senior living experience preferred Activities Assistant - Bring Joy, Purpose & Connection to Seniors Activities Assistant | Senior Living Activities Pay Range: 15.00 - 18.75 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
