Senior Esthetician Driftwood Yoga, Spa & Boutique is a luxury wellness destination specializing in advanced skincare, therapeutic facial massage, boutique yoga, and spa rituals rooted in natural healing. We are seeking an experienced esthetician to join our growing team in a senior provider role. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a polished, highly skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, advanced skincare treatments, and long-term client relationships.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS Please do not apply unless you meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Active North Carolina Esthetics License in good standing
• Current "Dermaplane Pro" Certification
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on dermaplaning experience
• Professional Hydrafacial experience
• Professional microneedling experience (SkinPen experience preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience
• Strong facial massage skills including lifting, sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and facial contouring techniques
• Ability to provide documentation of certifications during the interview process

Applicants without current and specific "Dermaplane Pro" certification and at least six months dermaplaning experience will not be considered. We are not currently seeking newly licensed estheticians or candidates requiring extensive technical training.

We are seeking a provider who can confidently deliver advanced treatments, take accountability for building lasting guest relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our esthetics department. You should be:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform customized luxury facials ranging from 45–120 minutes
• Deliver advanced facial massage services including sculpting, lifting, contouring, and lymphatic drainage techniques
• Perform Dermaplane Pro services in accordance with Dermaplane Pro certification standards
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments in accordance with Hydrafacial protocols and best practices
• Perform microneedling treatments (SkinPen Elite experience preferred)
• Develop personalized treatment recommendations and homecare plans based on individual guest needs
• Build lasting client relationships that support guest satisfaction, retention, and long-term skin health
• Maintain professional treatment environments and comply with all applicable North Carolina Board sanitation, safety, and infection-control requirements
• Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements applicable to services performed

Candidates should have a genuine passion for clean, results-driven skincare and be willing to become proficient in The Organic Pharmacy's facial methodologies, products, and treatment offerings.

PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS Providers are expected to perform services in accordance with:

• North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners regulations
• Dermaplane Pro certification standards
• Hydrafacial treatment protocols
• SkinPen treatment guidelines and certification requirements
• Applicable sanitation, safety infection-control, and professional practice standards
• The Organic Pharmacy facial methodologies and treatment offerings

COMPENSATION Compensation is commission: % of revenue per treatment based on licensure, experience, certifications, advanced treatment skills, schedule availability, and overall qualifications. In addition to service commissions, providers retain 100% of gratuity and have increased earnings through retail sales commissions.

AVAILABILITY Weekend availability is required. Candidates should be willing to make themselves consistently available on Saturdays and Sundays, as these are among the busiest service days and represent the greatest guest demand. Additional opportunities may become available based on guest demand, provider availability, and business growth.

Compensation: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
